Exhibition Guide

Exhibition guides are categorized by time, exhibit halls, and age groups for the most optimum visit.

Rental Services

For a more comfortable visit, wheelchairs, umbrellas, and other convenient items are being rented free of charge.

  • How to Use: There is a limit of 2 items per person, and a rental form must be submitted. (Storage spaces are available without additional registration)
  • Rental hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm (Last rental: 5:00pm)
    ※ Stroller rentals are only for infants that are 6~36 months old.

Phone Charging Stations

We operate a total of 6 phone charging stations, free of charge.

  • How to Use: There is a limit of 2 items per person, and a rental form must be submitted. (Storage spaces are available without additional registration)

How to Use Parking Payment Machine before You Go

Parking Payment Machine is available, which was newly set up according to revised “Regulations on Parking Lot Management”

  • Free of charge for parking for 30 minutes or less.
  • Operation Hours of Parking Lot: 09:00~18:20
    (Parking is charged everyday with no exception, including New Year’s Day(January 1st) and Lunar New Year’s Day)
    ※ Visitors’ cars should be checked out within 30 minutes after museum closing.
  • Location of Parking Payment Machines: 4 machines at main entrance & 2 drive-thru machines at exit
    ※ Fast-Checkout is possible using Parking Payment Machines at the main entrance of Information Center

Lost and Found

Items are kept and stored in Lost and Found for 3 months before being discarded or transferred to other institutions.

Call Center 110 Public Service for Online Video Sign Language Services

We provide an online video sign language service for the visually and hearing impaired.

Hours of Operation: Weekdays from 9:00am to 5:50pm
